The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, I was able to hear the traffic from the Hwy in my room and it too was very loud, did not get any sleep because of the excessive noise. I would not stay at this hotel again even if you paid me.

I do understand that the day I arrived at the hotel their was a bad storm in the area. When I checked into my room it had a light odor. I was smart enough to bring scented candles. Well, I noticed some dripping coming from the window. Well, I went to the window to realize the housekeeper put two towels in the window. The towels were soaked. The curtains were stained. I went to the front desk to see if they could offer me another room. They were full and the hostess told me that it is expected that the rain will leak through the windows. I was shocked that she gave that type of response. I then asked for more towels to place in the window. She later sent the housekeeper to my room with some additional towels for the window. It would have been nice if they offered me a credit or or some type of discount for my discomfort.
They did offer a complimentary happy hour and breakfast the next day. I wasn't satisfied with the hotel so I wasn't interested in attending either service.
In the end I would rate this hotel as a 2.5 with the scale being (1-5). They first need to fix the windows so the water doesn't leak in during a rain storm. Second they should use a lot of Febreze.

Purpose Served!
09/21/2007The hotel location is right off of the expressway, so traveling around dallas was great for us. the front desk clerk helped us with directions and when something was unknown ...
The hotel location is right off of the expressway, so traveling around Dallas was great for us. The front desk clerk helped us with directions and when something was unknown he directed us to the business center. The bed was soooooo comfortable and the rate was great. We didn't really spend that much time in the hotel so it's purpose was served.
