I stayed 4 nights, with dogs. I found my room clean and well appointed, but the only electrical outlet that was free for cell-phone and laptop charging was in the bathroom. The grounds are very nice, staff friendly and very helpful. The rec/pool facility is very good, especially for families with children. The service in the restaurant and bar was EXTREMELY good, prices reasonable, but the food was disappointing. That was the toughest slab of prime rib I have ever tried to eat, but I have found bad food typical of Holiday Inns nationwide. I tipped heavily because I felt sorry for the excellent wait staff forced to serve such miserable food. Not their fault...

Location was nice for the activities planned for our trip. Hotel was okay in terms of cleanliness. Had a nice pool/activities area. Did not like the location of our room - across from vending & ice, which made it very noisy. Also, two of the 4 lights in the room were without lightbulbs. Again, location and highway access were great.

This hotel was one of the worst Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. The rooms were unclean (my family's room had dog poop left on the ground when we arrived). The dining room had a wide menu, but (even when no one was there) it took them 2 hours to bring out our food, which was undercooked. Instead of working, our waitress sat and talked to her boyfriend the whole time. The only part that was pretty good was the pool and kid's area. The kids enjoyed it. However, we all agree that this is a hotel we will NOT be staying at in the future.

I certainly thought they charged a lot for a room with stained carpeting, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, and a rusty toilet paper holder. There was no fridge that I've found in other motels that didn't charge this much. For the price, they didn't even offer a continental breakfast to their visitors, just coffee. The public facilities looked good and clean, but we didn't have the time to take advantage of them.
