  We booked this room via Travel online at the last min. For the price and after some of the reviews we were skeptical. We have been coming to Orlando for over 30 years and have stayed in the park resorts and many other hotels. By far for the value this has been the best room we have EVER had. The room was very large and comfortable for our family. Rooms/bathrooms very clean as well as kitchen area very clean. Only negative was that there was no inside eating area for breakfast. During rain one had to go back to room. Also free breakfast not a lot of choices. The room and price we paid made up for it. Location AWESOME very quiet and easy to get to stores like Walmart and other eateries. Hotel staff very professional and helpful. Laundry room clean and easy to access.

  I only stayed one night in a non-smoking room with very comfortable king size bed, but I will stay here again. Hotel is VERY clean and quiet. Wonderful room with stocked kitchenette and HOT, hot water. The internet fee was only 4.99 and had no problems getting on. I felt very safe since the elevator is right in front of the front desk and there aren't multiple doors to the outside. Assorted coffees in the lobby when I checked in and coffemaker in the room with decaf. Sinthia at the desk was very busy, but still sweet, and gave me all the info I needed. Very nice staff! My only complaint was breakfast is served from 7-10 AM and I had to leave before 7! VERY, VERY close to Disney World. Next light past entrance to Downtown DIsney !

  It was plesure to stay at Extended Stay Deluxe, Lakee Buena Vista. It is conveniently located appx. 3 miles from Disney World and closest highway is I-4. It is near to all out-let malls, superstores etc.
