Worse Four Season Hotel I ever stayed!! Actually, no relation with the concept of Four Seasons worldwide… The staff have the approach of a 3 stars hotel, with too much talking and advertise very loud some “better rooms” at the check-in, housekeepers find’ it inside my Junior Suite at 8pm, right after check-in, telling me: ”hi, guys, came in, don’t be shay…” and when I kick her out she looks surprised about my non-friendly attitude… All the Junior Suits are very noisy, the lower floor ones because all the trucks you could hear starting with 4am, the higher floors because of the elevators, all Junior Suits being wall-to-wall with the elevators… Low quality services of the Concierge. All staff is not trained to understand the concept of luxury of a Four Season Hotel, so waste of money…

The Four Seasons in the downtown Houston area was close and convenient, especially for the business traveler with plenty of different parking options. The service was wonderful and the pool and spa area was very nice. I'd stay there again.

I have stayed at many hotels ranging aso I feel like i know what to expect in a property. Upon arrival it is immediately evident you are staying at a five star hotel worthy of the Four Seasons name. From arrival at the valet station I was treated with the utmost patience and courtesy. Check in was polished and fast.....case in point there was one person checking in ahead of me so the concierge came over and asked if he could check me in instead. My room was newly renovated with very cool contemporary desk chairs, large flat screen tv's and a great view of the resort style pool. While I did not get to use the pool or its accompanying bar on a teak deck I did use the fitness/gym area and it has more than enough cardio equipment as well as free weights and a refreshment station that includes gourmet coffee, tea, juices and of course water. My breakfast in the newly renovated restaurant was wonderful. The menu choices range from selections of fresh fruit to unique frittatta choices.

I stayed 2 nights at this Four Seasons hotel while in town on business. The location was useful and convenient for getting to my meetings and the the room is quite comfortable. Other positives would be the gym plenty of equipment; and pool a good size & nice patio surrounding. The Four Seasons has everything imaginable to make your visit very comfortable. The King Bed was extraordinary - the pillows were the absolute best I have had in a long time; and I travel extensively. I was fortunate to be in one of their newly renovated rooms - clean, sleek and more modern day look... Four Seasons is really doing some fantastic renovations - you should come check them out. Quattro - in house restaurant has great food selection and a fantastic staff with above excellence on their service. There is a mall across the street or take the skywalk, and it looks like several restaurants have been added nearby to the otherwise quiet dull downtown location. A lot going on in this part of Houston..
