Excellent service, wonderful rooms (12th floor), amenities galore. This hotel is quality all the way, and offers a location within walking distance of anything entertaining in downtown Indy. The bed is dangerously comfortable, and the Signature Service is worth signing up for. We had a great time, the staff recognized us by name, and even with a huge convention in town, they took extra care of us. The only improvement would be including valet parking in the price. I'll go back in a heartbeat!

The hotel was fine, but not what I expected a 4 star hotel to be.. There were stains on the carpets and the furnishings were dated. There was not any comlimentary service to the airport on weekends, but they did have a service which picked you up and drove you the 9 miles to the airport for $34.00.. plus tip.. It was very centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Probably its best feature.

The hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. It is within a few blocks of the Colts new home Lucas Oil Stadium. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to any of the Colts' home games. We ordered room service the next morning and the food was good, hot and reasonably priced.

Although this was a very nice hotel with great amenities, I was not privy to all of them because I bought my room online. I was told that I was given a room the size of a closet because i purchased it at a discount. I think that if the hotel chains do not want to participate fully in the internet program then don't. But, please do not treat the customers differently because they got a good rate. I was expecting the full "Omni" treatment and I was disappointed. I did lose something that was returned but I left it a room that too small and smelly! The staff was accommodating in helping to find my item but I was so disappointed in the room that I could not enjoy my stay. I have stayed at other 5-star hotels and I was able to have a full size room at my internet -discount rate. I expect better.
