This is an older building that has been lovingly restored. It was very clean and superbly maintained. The room was comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. In five minutes, we could be in the middle of the French Quarter, shop, eat or just people watch. Loved the seventh level balcony with a beautiful view of the city and a really nice pool area.

Just returned from 4 nightrs in the Crescent City and a marvleous stay at the Omni Royal. Not only is the location perfect the service and room was more than I could ask for. I had only a petite suite, but I was the only one in the room and it size was fine. The bed perfectly comfortable and my every question and need answered and fulfilled quickly. I had friends that stayed at the French Market Inn two blocks down on St Louis, and all I can say is that I am glad I chose the Omni. My friends, the ones that stayed at the French Market Inn will be staying with me at the Omni on our next visit. go and enjoy.

My husband & I had never been to Nawlins so we had no idea where to stay or what was a good & safe hotel...OMNI ROYAL is it! I read the reviews before booking and I'm so glad I did because this hotel was fantastic! The front desk attendants, the bell men and the door men were wonderful! Very pleasant and very quick to accomodate our every need. The lounge and pool area on the top floor was great...The young lady bartender (can't remember her name) were wonderful! The rooms were very spacious and we had a great view of the street below us. GREAT HOTEL!! We had such a great time. Plus it's in a perfect location of great food (Nola's for dinner and Johnny's Po-Boys for lunch (best red beans & rice and sweet potato fries ever!!) and Bourbon street is just a block away. We'll definitely be back, hopefully not in July next time...maybe spring or fall. :) Thanks Nawlins for making our first visit so wonderful. OH and if you want the best fried chicken in the south...go to Willie Maes Scotch House...YUM YUM!

From check in to check out the staff could not have been more courteous and friendly. Our room was clean, gorgeous and our balcony provided great picture opportunities. The concierge booked all our tours and even went the extra mile to save us money on some combinations tours available. Location was perfect just a short block to Bourban St. so St. Louis street was quiet yet close to all the festivities. We did look at some other hotels in the area and truthfully delighted we chose the Omni. The rooftop pool was nice and the staff offered Evian (free) for us to cool down on the hot days. You will be greeted with the warmest smiles when staying there. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I spent three nights at the Omni Royal Orleans. We had a regular room with a king size bed. The room was small like any old New Orleans hotel but clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is a quiet oasis from the noise of the streets and the roof-top pool and observatory are beautiful for a quiet drink while the sun sets. The Omni Royal Orleans is close to everything in the French Quarter. Room service was excellent and the concierge was kind and helpful. Would recommend!
