Delightful in all respects. Room was immaculate. Property was in great condition--everything worked. Location is exceptional. Two night stay was the best experience that I've had in several years. Especially enjoyed the coffee and waffle prepared by the owner. Great value.

staff from top down are extremely courteous, helpful, and happy. owners seem to be doing something every time you turn around. general maintenance, serving breakfast, bringing coffee to rooms, helping clients, and on and on. why they run a days inn and not a marriot is a conundrum. motel itself is very clean, but still a days inn. walls a little thin, furniture showing its wear, towels thin, etc. i like a firm bed and thick pillows and this place had both. lots of pillows too. i've only stayed in one motel that provided better service than this place, and it was $ per night. i've stayed in dozens that cost far more than this one, yet service was horrible.

I just want to say that I was very impressed with Craig at this hotel. He is a people person and provides personalized service that exceeded my expectations greatly. How often do you stay at a place where the owner wants to meet you. We were called in the night and summoned to the lobby area due to tornado warnings in the area. Upon returning to my room we had a roof leak. (There was high wind and torrential rain) Once he found out he immediately moved us to another room. The next morning he cooked our waffles and set our table at the continental breakfast. All service provided with a smile and friendly conversation. He told me he does this every day. I strongly reccomend his hotel. The rooms were clean. Nicely decorated. Thanks Craig.

The host and hostess at the courtesy desk were very hospitable and friendly. After receiving my requested morning wake up call, I was asked if I would like a newspaper and a cup of coffee; the hostess from the front desk came to the door with a USA Today and a couple cups of coffee. The bed and room were comfortable and quiet, and it was most certainly a refreshing night and good start to the day. I apologize I cannot remember the name of the young man and woman at the front desk, but witnessed their attention to the folks at the continental breakfast and at the front desk.

My wife and I had a great stay at this Days Inn. The owners greeted us every morning at breakfast and really made this vacation one to remember. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this Days Inn to anyone travling to Springfield or Branson.
