So I was driving around Tahoe looking for a place to stay and came across Park Tahoe Inn, which is in a great location. The front desk was very friendly, rooms were very nice, recently re-done and there were no "hidden fees." The beds, by the way, were great. I get home, decide to post a nice review and see all of these negative remarks. I am truly amazed and question if the people who posted these comments ever stayed at Park Tahoe or were they posted by some disgruntled employee.

This hotel is close to everything and the staff is excellent! Not sure why people are complaining about "hidden fees" because everything is made clear upon Check-in and its listed on all charges are listed on their website. The beds are WONDERFUL and I love the free Private Beach passes they offer to all guests. Definitely try out the Mineral Pools & Jacuzzis, they feel wonderful! Love this place, will absolutely be retuning!

this place is clean. the bed is comfortable. the decor is nice. the bath gel, lotion, etc was bath and bodyworks which was nice, smelt good. but the shower pressure is horrendus. it trickled water and it changed based other guests using it. the pressure was so bad i had to stay there forever to get the shampoo out of my hair. if i didn't get the discount from going through travelocity, i would have been very upset. the price point made it easier to deal with.

I had a great stay at this place. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. Very helpful with places to eat in the area along with things to see. The service was more than outstanding. The gentleman at the desk was very knowledgable about the local area and always willing to go the extra step to help a guest out. I would recommend the Park Tahoe to anyone that asks about it. I plan on staying no where else but the park tahoe inn when i come up to tahoe.

This is supposed to be "green" hotel...only thing green about it is the outrageous sums they charge for a VERY mediocre hotel room....small, noisy, cramped parking and rude help. Don't use their phones!! $15 for a 15 minute LOCAL call! And, no warning about this charge. Another hidden cost: $5 per night parking, which in itself is not bad, but you don't learn about it until you check out. They don't even know if you have a car there!! A total rip off!!! Many better places to stay for about half the price.
