  This hotel is a lot better than what it looks like when you first see the outside. The room itself was very clean and well organized. The employees of the hotel were very courteous and helpful with every question I asked.

• Police, Fighting, Screaming, No Sleep, and Charged twice!!

  Do not stay here!!! We stayed for one night and did not sleep from 1am - 5am. There was a fight with the people next to us. They were banging on our door, screaming in the parking lot, and the police were called. One person was asked to leave while the other continued being loud until 5am. Called front desk several times to complain.Nothing was done! Spoke with manager who offered 10% off our bill (big deal!). We were told they can't control other guests! Eight days later I was charged a second time on my credit card. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me. Manger told me it was a computer ""virus"". If you want a night time entertainment it's a great place....if you want to sleep find another hotel!!!! HORRIBLE!!

  The room was clean ,and overall everything was nice.the exterior needs some work especially the concrete steps which were cracking and uneven.

  It was very clean and friendly. the staff was great and the breakfast was good. i would stay there again.

  I had a business appointment in Lancaster and stayed at this hotel because it was the closest. However will not stay in the future due to the hotel dirty and the rooms looked outdated. Next time I will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.
