  Made reservation months ahead and was not give room type requested. In July the heater was stuck on in the elevator and in bathroom of the room. Several of the pillows were missing pillow cases. The front staff both on the am and pm shift were extremely rude! Several people were complaining at checkout and got them same rude treatment. Would not let me cancel my reservation even though the room was not the type I needed. Never again!
