  The hotel charges too much for the type of room it is. It had dirty towels and the heater didn't work proper. The shower kept going from cold to hot. The customer service was horrible as well.

  Horrible! the people working there were rude. the room was okay, but the bed made my back hurt so badly.

  I am normally a pretty laid-back person, but this pushed my limits. dirty bedding, cranky air, breakfast was not worth the effort, toilet didn't work well.
