Housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning the beds. They changed the bed linens with damp sheets and when they were called to change them, they said the guest had to come and get the sheets and change them. That is bad housekeeping. The pool close too early at 9pm where many of the hotels we've used in the past stay open until 10pm.

The room was clean and the front desk clerk was nice and helpful. The bed was hard, but that is very every-hotel standard. Everything was in working order and the area where the hotel is located is a nice business park that feels safe with plenty of local restaurants and businesses.
The very bad: The front desk gave our same room to another family who arrived at 3:00 AM and tried to open our door many times until I open the door to let them know that the room was occupied. It was a very noisy family that ended up staying in the room across ours, so there was no much sleeping after that because of their noise and because I had to get up at 6:30 AM.
