  This hotel room was dirty. bugs were everywhere, dirt on the floor and the room smelled like an ashtray. we asked to be moved to another room and got a ...

  This hotel room was dirty. Bugs were everywhere, dirt on the floor and the room smelled like an ashtray. we asked to be moved to another room and got a sharp, terse ""NO."" I will never stay there again!!!
