This was our second time staying here because both of our children attend CSUF. The first time we were upgraded from a one bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom with no additional charge. It was a lovely stay. Especially since we were able to take our dogs which the kids had missed very much. On our most recent stay, it was a studio. I had planned to cook since we were there for two nights. Our daughter was graduationg from CSUF! Everything I needed was there and we had a great time. Security is very good and location is excellent !! Price is right for great accomadations !! Highly recommended.

The Residence Inn is conveniently located very close to the freeway and major streets, but it's tucked away so it is quiet, secure and restful. Good restaurants and shops are close by, and we were walking distance to the excellent Saturday farmers market--and to Starbucks :) Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were happy to sign a "no party" agreement when we checked in. This hotel would be our first choice on a return visit to Fresno.

Everything LOOKS nice and clean and the decor is easy on the eyes. The hotel is located in a secluded area, away from main streets. So there were no SOUNDS...nice and quiet. The room was clean and very comfortable and included a sitting area, kitchen, and ironing board, The sheets and towels were clean and SMELLED fresh. The bed FELT comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The complimentary continental breakfast was generous and TASTED great.

Our room was more than I had expected. I was surprised that there was a fireplace and even though it was June I turned it on for the ambiance. The bed was comfortable , and the room was very well maintained. The staff was friendly. I will be returning to this Hotel the next time I travel to this area. Definatly will reccomend to family and friends.
