The hotel seemed nice. However, we saw two roaches in our room. One we had to kill and another was found dead the next morning on the bathroom floor. There was a stinch of gasoline iminating through the wall on which the headboard rested and I thought the building was going to explode any minute or I was going to get sick from inhaling the fumes. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the plumbing from the room upstairs. The lamps nearest the bed did not work. However, maintenance came to repair it but that had to be done the next day. So, we experienced the first night with a dimly lit room. The mirror on the back of the bathroom door was loose and each time the door was opened or closed, it sounded as if the door was falling off the hinges. The sink faucet had a leak. There was loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Also, the tip of the iron was broken off which caused snags. My two or three encounters with the front desk, I had to wait several minutes for service. The staff was in the back office doing God knows what. The first occasion was at check in. There was another guest waiting behind me to just check in. I believe he may have left. The fitness center leaves a lot to be desired. The treadmill nor the recumbent bike worked. Not all was bad. The postives: when I could get the staff to speak with me, they were friendly. Also, the hotel is very close to Disney and restaurants, which was very convenient. I would consider stay here again if going to Disney because of the location and the value

Check in Wed. - Room had horrible smell of roach spray and mildew. We asked them to move us and they tried but the Manager said the other room smelled like smoke (in a non smoking Hotel by the way!). Then they finally moved us to a non smelling room. Thursday - We left early morning to Disney parks. Came back after a LONG day to find NO ONE HAD CLEANED OUR ROOM! 3 kids, 2 adults, no clean towels for showers! Front desk said there was nothing they could do and didn't! Friday - Left early, came back at 1:30pm to find STILL no one had cleaned our room!!! We called the front desk and complained and they FINALLY sent someone to clean it. Terrrible customer service, smelly rooms, no matter the price, I would NEVER stay again.

We stayed in room 164, facing the swimming pool. A corner room Please don't stay in this room. The smell was horrible. We had to keep the air conditional running to reduce the smell in the room. The room just felt dirty. The carpet looked dirty. The best thing this hotel had going for it, was the lobby area. It was nice. I preferred to sit in the lobby than my own room. It also has a nice swimming pool, and game room. It says 24 hour security, but most time we came in the security was not at the entry to the parking area, and we drove right in!!

Like most of the Ramada Inns this one is run down and just needs to be torn down. Short staffed and obviously over worked by the time share customers. I will never stay in another Ramada again. Noisy pool dirty room no room service the 2nd day. Two trips to the front desk just to get clean towels. DO NOT STAY HERE.
