Had an odd occurrence with a housekeeper writing on something very personal of ours. Manager and front desk refused to believe it and defended housekeeping without even approaching the woman that cleaned the room. After further research, manager came back to apologize and to say he found the sharpie pen that was used on the housekeepers cart and he believed our story. A bit freaky to say the least. Would never ever stay there again. Rooms were sub par but bang for buck not horrible. Carpets in hallway are disgustingly discolored but lobby is very nice. Bar/ restaurant up top is adequate. Horrible beds.

Came in Denver for a meeting at the Convention Center. The most valuable feature of this Hotel is the Shuttle Service. Will take you to most downtown areas at no additional cost. If you do not expect luxury this is a good Hotel, reasonably priced, rooms are just fine. Dining is OK, but i would not pick this restaurant for a special occasion.

Not too bad of a hotel. Rather dated looking, but the bathroom and bed were clean. For the price, an excellent choice and the on demand hotel shuttle was great. If I go back to Denver in the near future, I will definitely stay here again. Beware of Sundays and Broncos games. It can be crazy getting into the hotel parking lot. I also walked to the 16th Street Mall from the hotel and it was a pleasant journey.

Reserved a non-smoking room two days prior to arrival, but was given a smoking room because "all the non-smoking rooms are gone," including, apparently, the two rooms I had reserved with my credit card. Went to lounge (with posted closing hour of midnight) at 10:40 p.m., but it was closed. And what's with the really loud, spooky, late-'80s techno music in the lobby? Chose hotel because of price compared to downtown hotels, but probably won't stay here again. Had the hotel simply provided me with the rooms I reserved and even come close to delivering on the posted hours, it would have been an OK value. Juan, the shuttle driver, was courteous, friendly, and prompt, and kept the stay from being a complete zero.

Staff could not be bothered with us when we showed up to check in the first day. Hotel carpets were stained black. Everything permanent in the rooms stained. Shower pressure was terrible. It just dripped. Windows on the bar on the top floor were so dirty you could barely see the city. Charged my card twice at the end of my stay. Shuttle service was only redeeming quality, but that is only because your not close to downtown.
