• Mold and smell

  When walking into the loby the hotel looked nice and clean. once walking down the hallway to the room the hallway walls were covered in mold and smelled of water ...

  When walking into the loby the hotel looked nice and clean. Once walking down the hallway to the room the hallway walls were covered in mold and smelled of water damage. We took the elevator which didnt feel the safest and got into our hallway which literally smelled of poop. The doors to the rooms had about a 1 inch gap under the door. The rooms didnt even have a do not disturb sign to hang on the door and the cleaning lady would bang on the door at 9 every morning and would knock and knock even after they realized the door was double locked. Then they would knock again and try opening the door again.

  This is an old hotel. while the lobby appears to have been udpated the smell of smoke from the lounge permiated the area. the rooms are very small and outdated. ...

  This is an old hotel. While the lobby appears to have been udpated the smell of smoke from the lounge permiated the area. The rooms are very small and outdated. The room we reserved was not available which was unfortunate. With so many hotels available in the area I will stay elsewhere next time. Poor choice on my part...

  I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, had a nice, quiet room. Had to take taxi from airport after 11pm, however, at a big charge.

  The website said there was an on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer in business. However, the staff was very friendly and gave excellent directions to a number of nearby restaurants. This hotel is located near the Zona Rosa shopping district as well as The Shops at Boardalk.
