Please do NOT Stay at this hotel! Stated rates as low as *. is a teaser. Woman at desk stated that we received the lowest rate: AAA rate is the same as the regular rate, no discount at *. Door Bolt not operating - "We have that on our repair list." Sink Stopper Broken - "we will add that to our list." Ice maker broken for entire property - "We know about that and we are working on finding someone to repair it."

This was the worst hotel!!! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was more than inadequate. The lights didn't work above the bed. The electricity went out - off and on, day and night. The air conditioner was inadequate for the room and so the room was warm. There was no remote for the TV but because the electrictiy kept going out it didn't work anyway. The water in the bath was a tea yellow. Garbage bins under the stairwells were overflowing and smelly. The "free continental breakfast" was terrible. There were empty containers left all over, drips on the counters; it was not cleaned up promptly, and not resupplied regularily. Because of the Cheyenne Frontier Days event, this hotel GOUGED the traveler. It was way overpriced., $* for one night and that was the discount. We'd have been better off and more comfortable in a tent in a campground having to use public showers!!! Drive further for a place to stay. Avoid this place!!!

08/04/2008I stayed during cheyenne frontier days - my room key did not work so i asked for another one, just give my room number, and the front desk clerk did not ...
I stayed during Cheyenne Frontier Days - My room key did not work so I asked for another one, just give my room number, and the front desk clerk DID NOT ASK FOR ANY ID !! It is close to the grounds, but safety is not a priority at this hotel. I also overheard the staff and they said that there are a bunch of second story rooms with roof leaks in them. Be careful.

Wrong choice
07/16/2008Location was good but hotel was old, dumpy and dirty. they did not have our reservation made through travel website. unfortunately the room had been prepaid through travel website.
