Everyone we met in the hotel, including the front desk both nights were very friendly and helpful. When we needed transportation to and from the airport the personnel were very prompt getting it for us. The only problem we have with Travelodge was the pillows. They have no consistancy. Better pillows would be a definite plus. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay at Travelodge.

The rooms have exterior hallways. The doors open directly to the parking lot, where people were coming and going all night. I did not feel safe staying here with my family. The room smelled like mildew. The staff was friendly, but we will never stay here again.

I booked this hotel for a quick stop after 13 hours of flying. I knew from the price it would not be the Hilton but I expected much better than I received. When I checked in, I inquired about a lower level room and was told there were no ground floor rooms available but as I drove at 12midnight to find my room, I passed more than 15 ground floor rooms with the curtains opened that were unoccupied. My room in building 4 was 20+ years old, the bed mattress was worn and sagged in the middle, the linens were 100 thread count that were worn so much you could see through them from entirely too many years of use, the blanket had more hair on it than wool, the walls were painted in numerous shades of a similar puke yellow with clear evidence where marks had been painted versus the entire wall, the bathroom door had been painted in latex that was partially peeled off then painted over again, and the exterior door had a gap large enough for a steady beam of light and bugs to crawl through. The highlight of the room was the fridge and microwave. If you are on a tight budget and not worried about small critters sleeping in your room, this hotel is fine. Otherwise, spend the extra cash and go somewhere nicer. From the other reviews posted here, I am not sure if they stayed at this motel.
