Free breakfast listed on website wasn't, room was never cleaned during week stay, internet broke and managment wouldn't correct issue, no iron/board nor hair dryer in room. The room had a fridge and microwave that some don't. Room was adequate otherwise and close to many things. Stay at the adjacent Fairfield Inn if available, but otherwise can stay here if you don't expect more than a room. Yes, the hotel was built with railroad workers in mind, but they require service too!

I've stayed in better Motel 6's than this place. Granted, we stayed during Cheyenne Frontier Days so we expected rates to be higher but we were charged over $* for a room that literally should have been $* max.
There were bugs in the bathroom and a toothpick on the top edge of the shower from a previous guest. Who knows how long it had been there.
The a/c was so loud that you couldn't leave it on at night but it was too hot not too.
We will never stay at an Oak Tree again.
