I read several of the worst reviews and wholeheartedly agree with all of them. In all honesty, it feels like a dangerous place and I had the odd sense that this place was barely even pretending to be a hotel...they are not going for repeat customers, just picking up new folks every day who were impressed by the low prices. I had to use the public computer very late one night to print something for a morning meeting, and let's just say I watched my back the entire time as I descended to my dungeon of a room. It was weird, scary, dirty, surreal in the worst possible way. Pay more for something else, anything else!

It's NOTHING like the pictures. It's dark, dirty, nothing works. II'm afraid to take off my shoes. There are stains on the furniture and bed cover. Just go somewhere else. can't even describe how disappointed I am except that I do not usually take the time to write a review. I did this for you!!

My stay with them was not very good putting it nicely. First off I booked the room based on the area and the look of the hotel. Which the picture were drastically altered on there website. Here is a list of complaints. *Room is ridiculously tiny for the amount off stuff you shoved into the room. *The confirmation email below states there was a computer in the room. (there is no computer in the room) *The email below also states a phone in the bathroom. (No phone in the bathroom at all) *DvD player in the room was also listed. (No DvD in the room) *Tv remote would not order movies. *Hot Tub in the pool area would not bubble it was broke plus it was not clean (floaties all in it) *Elevator was dirty and smelt. *Bathroom was a little grimy *Outdoor hot tub was broken or just not turned on *Told the staff about the computer they said no we don't any computer in the rooms just the public access machine which you can use (well the public access machine was down and apparently they didn't know) *Told them about the DvD player not being in the room (well we can send one up to you later if you want). Told them thats ok if we can rent movie from the TV (well sure you can). *Called and told them we were not able to rent movie they said they would send someone up 1hr later no one came. So I went down stairs to tell him and he said yes I have it written down we don't have a maintenance person here to help yet. I start to wall away and he asks for my room and what exactly was wrong and that time I seen him write it all down (so he didn't when I called) *Came down later to suggest maybe I had the wrong remote and thats why my tv wouldn't rent movies and he said yes that the wrong remote but we don't have a maintenance guy here yet. I will send him up asap, but you can take this dvd up and a movie we have in the back. We said sure we will get it on the way back from hot tub (which ended up to be a waste of time), but we were so disgusted we didn't not and just went to sleep and left asap in the morning. So needless to say now that this hotel was a disaster and a joke. The staff was lazy and not helpful at all. The restaurant was not that impressive. Never stay at the Plaza Inn in Albuquerque.

Front desk staff really rude, rooms dirty and run down, not cleaned well, A/C doesn't work, elevators take forever. No security at all. Keycard stopped working, guy at front desk acted like it was our fault and didn't bother checking id, just gave us new keycard when we told him room number. Anybody could have come in our room. Hotel nothing like in picture, nearly ruined our vacation, switched to a different hotel it was so bad.

We booked this hotel through an online travel agency and specifically booked two beds. The person at that checked us in was incredibly rude and acted offended that we'd used an online travel agency to book. We were given a one bed room and told there were no two bed rooms available. We were told that maybe they could move us to an appropriate room the second night and someone would follow up with us right away. The single bed room we were put in was horrid. The A/C didn't work, the room smelled awful (it reeked of cigarette smoke and mold, was supposedly a non-smoking room) and the walls didn't dampen any noise at all. After a night of no sleep we went down for our much vaunted breakfast and it was a complete disappointment. A few cold bagels, some slimy scrambled fake eggs and lukewarm juice. A less than average continental hotel breakfast. Since no one in the hotel ever followed up about our new room we went to the front desk where the person on duty had no information about our needing a different room. When she looked at the computer she was able to give us a two bed room room right away, which according to her was available the day before and she couldn't understand why we weren't put in it in the first place. The second room was better, the A/C worked and the air wasn't foul so we decided to take the room instead of finding another hotel, which had been our plan if we'd had to stay in the same awful room another night. A mistake, we should have left. The rest of our stay did not improve.
