  If you are coming to area for Sporting event, it is a short drive to sports complex. It is also a short drive to casinos, river market, Independence ( for Truman Library), etc. But, it is in an industrial park w/not a lot of nicer dining selections nearby. Front Desk staff was very helpful w/our issues w/Housekeeping. One day, we came back and all it looked like was done was that they made the beds. They didn't clean anything else. Another day, we came back at 3p and our room was not even made up yet. The hotel is undergoing some room renovations. Also, the traffic on front street is pretty busy during rush hour. Making a left turn off Cambrige is tough w/the on-ramp to I-435 right there!

  Our room was cleaned only once during our 3 day stay. the only time it was, we had to phone the front desk to do it at 9:30 pm. ...

  Our room was cleaned only once during our 3 day stay. The only time it was, we had to phone the front desk to do it at 9:30 pm. AC only works for 20 minutes. Very dirty stairs and hallway. Hotel staff not friendly at all. I would not stay here for free.

  This was a very nice facility. Very clean. Staff was very nice and informative. Willing to help anyway possible. They have a free shuttle to casino. Breakfast was more than contential, staff in breakfast room to assist.
