first of all, we're still confused as to "who" is an employee at this hotel and who isn't? We saw a few people at the pool, a bald guy who was with a woman and some teenagers. An hour later, he was delivering our rollaway bed? Other employees swam with us, at another time. But no one wears a uniform, so you won't know who they are? Which is terribly unprofessional. Besides being creepy. We had decided the day before to just drive on and stay an extra night. We called and they wouldn't give us the same rate, so we cancelled and went online and booked it cheaper. When we arrived the next day the desk clerk seemed annoyed that we had apparently booked 5 rooms, and what did we want? We tried to explain the mixup had been fixed, but he acted very annoyed. He was the same guy at the breakfast the next morning who insisted someone must have "stolen" the plates, because he had none for us to use?? How do you eat waffles / syrup without them? It appeared his job was to run the front desk on his own and keep the breakfast stocked. And he was clearly annoyed by that too. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone, it is unkept, sloppy and the staff is sloppy too.

This hotel was very nice, clean and spacious. There were no issues to be had with the service nor the room. Would have been nice to have extra blankets and pillows in the room, but not a necessary thing. Would not keep me from booking there again.
