  Wow. This Comfort Inn really surprised me with the cleanliness, bed quality, comfort, and friendliness of the hotel staff. We went to a concert at the World Area to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra. If you ever go to a sell out concert in a winter storm here's a hint if staying here.: If there's a lot of traffic out front on Circle take the road behind the building to the right of hotel and it will take you to the light that crosses over Circle directly to World Arena. Besides World Arena events, there are many other things to do in this area. There are many good restraunts, fast food, movie theatres, and shopping right next to or within blocks of this hotel. A family or couple could have a great time if staying here. In the summer there's a nice lake nearby for fishing or walking. Quail Lake is less than a mile away. The Broadmoor, Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mt Zoo are all approx. 4-5 miles of this hotel which are definitely worth seeing . This was our first time staying at this hotel. We loved the rooms we booked. It's truely a COMFORT Inn.

  The motel and room were great and the staff worked with us. however, we were not informed, until we asked, that the pool heater was broken ( the water was ice ...

  The motel and room were great and the staff worked with us. However, we were not informed, until we asked, that the pool heater was broken ( the water was ice cold!), our suite had only one of two air conditioner units that was working, and the second night the hot tub was cool. If we had been informed we would have chosen another motel prior to our vacation. We chose to cut our stay there short and moved on. Now we ask about the amenities.

  All i can say is this is an overall excellent hotel. just wonderfull. worth the extra amount!!!

  Good location. Friendly and accomodating staff. We needed to switch rooms and staff handled this with no hesitation. Handled our large group efficiently. As someone who normally stays at the Broadmoor when visiting Colo. Springs, I was surprisingly pleased with this hotel.
