I wish this review could tell you anything beyond the check-in experience, but it was at this point we checked out and moved to a hotel that cared about the Guest. The room we were given had one twin bed! The hotel was not busy and plenty of appropriate rooms were available. We went to the desk to ask for an appropriate room and were told they could send up a rollaway but they would not do anything else. They made it clear that we were being penalized for having made our reservation through Travelocity and that had we made it directly they would have helped us. We checked out and moved next door. This is not a hotel w plan to visit again.

Not a bad hotel not a great hotel just OK. Decent hotel for the price, $75/night. Located very close to Charlotte airport. When I went to check in the girl told me that I was already checked in. She had somehow checked someone in under my name. She gave me another room so no big deal, but the fact that something like that hapened concerns me about the staff. I was looking for somewhere to sleep before heading to the airport, this hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. I normally stay in one of the Mariott brand hotels for approx $100/night when traveling so La Quintas overall quality is not up to what I am used to.

This hotel was actually better than I thought it would be. The room looked like it had been remodeled a little, as it had wood flooring and newer looking bathroom fixtures. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast bar was good, but it would have been nice to have some eggs along with all the carbs that were on there. I didn't see much fruit either. The location was really good, right off of I-85 and Billy Graham Parkway. Some of the staff was pleasant, some of them were rude. The security personnel was very rude to our group. They basically accused our group of rowdy behavior that was actually being caused by people that werenot part of our group. Security-wise, BEWARE. There was a break-in into one of the cars on the lot while I was there. Also, one of the exit doors on the first floor did not always close completely, making it very possible that just anyone could enter the building. Also, please see the above remark regarding the hotel security staff.

We stayed here following the race at Lowes speedway. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The room we were in was clean. The carpet was clean but needed replacing. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The front desk had the friendliest and most courteous staff I have ever encountered.

Very comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced value hotel for an overnight stay near the CLT airport. We spent one night before a very early flight the next morning. Quiet & clean too, not fancy. Excellent free continental bfast, with make your own waffles.
