This hotel was adequate in an accomodations sort of way, BUT, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We arrived at 3 am from wedding festivities. Yes, we had had some cocktails, but were very unceremoniously dismissed and told we couldn't have our room for 45 minutes! Then the clerk disappeared to the back for ten minutes. Just completely ignored us. I will never stay at another Hilton property as long as I live. I have never been treated so badly. And on top of it all, I did not want my credit card charged so my boyfriend paid for the room, or so we thought. Surprise, surprise, my card was charged. I guess they/that clerk got to stick it to me again. I worked in the hotel business for years and bars and restaurants. If you run into a difficult situation, expedite the process, don't leave two very tired, wedding weary folks stuck in your lobby for 45 minutes at 3 am. And then the clerk the next morning was incredibly rude. I am so dissapppointed with this entire experience. Oh yea, there are NO ELEVATORS.

This is a good value for those who are traveling thru the area or on business in Albuquerque. The rooms have been remodeled and were clean and well keeped. Restaurants are a couple of exits away.

We stayed for three nights. My husband and I have two small children (1 & 3). The rooms were clean and the breakfast was a wonderful option to getting the kids in the car and driving somewhere. Also, it was nice to have access to milk, coffee and warm cookies in the afternoon. It was an overall enjoyable stay. Only two things that I would change, the room door handles are easily opened, even when locked. (Our one year old was able to open the door.) Also, our three year old hit his head on the box holding the fire extinguisher. Some of them seems to be in bad spots.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and informative about area attractions. The breakfast was great. We had a poolside room and did not hear the noise from kids playing.Overall, I believe this hotel was a great value for the price paid.
