I thought I would be getting a good deal at the price I paid. But I would have been better off at the Econo lodge across the street. The room was a non smoking room, yet reeked of cigarettes. The beds werenot comfy at all and smeeled of smoke and urine. The WiFi was spotty and eventually I could not get onto the net from my laptop or my wifes. I have stayed at the HoJos in Portland and that stay was by far better then this one. I will no longer recommend this hotel in the Bangor area. You will be better off somewhere else.

Everything was good except the restaurant. We were seated by an umkempt, unfriendly older man who seated us at a booth that smelled of urine. The waitress, however, was great and reseated us. She was very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were a bit high. We ate breakfast there and paid about $5.00 for our 2 year old grandchild's meal that consisted of 2 slices of French toast.

  • Avoid at all cost!

Dingey, dark, smelly, dirty. a real hell-hole.
