We are enjoying the last evening at this hotel after being here for 6 previous nights. It's a wonderful place to stay. THe best are quite comfortable and clean. An affordable place to stay. Friendly staff. Right in the middle of the business district of Kissamee. The microwave and frige a definite asset. Definitely would come back again.

The morning shift manager Nestor Chavelior is not accomodating to our room changing request, we requested to relocate to closer to the front since we have to catch public transportation. He ended up moving us further out. The Hotel also lied about the free transportation to Disney World. It isn't free, it cost $* for round trip of the bus transportation they offer but you can take the city bus #56 Lynx to Disney World for $* one way. If you are staying more than 4 days, I recommend you to get the 7 day pass($16) so you can use it as offen as you wish for dinner/show etc... Ask for shift Manager, he relocated us and gave me the tip about the city bus =) Kudos!!!

This was our first stay at this hotel and we will be back. The staff was very friendly, the pool was keep clean. Our room was cleaned everyday and with fresh towels. It was very quiet and easy to get around Kissimmee since we were right in the middle of it all.

Just stayed one night, we were attending Disney Halloween evening party. The room was clean, beds were fairly comfortable, and it was quiet. We were there just for a few hours, but would recommend it for a short stay(2 nights the most). Close to Disney and parks, places to have dinner were very close, few in walking distance.
