There were bed bugs!! EVERYWHERE. The first room they sent us to had worms on the floor and dirt all over the shower! The drain was held in with duct tape. The second room had BED BUGS to the point that we pulled the sheets back and we could see like ten in the bed!!! There were stains on the wall that could have been wiped off and weren't. The floor had not been clean and there was filth on everything. The tv didn't even work enough to get ABC! The cable was unplugged from the tv when we got there. Also, one of the three lamps didn't work. There was no phone! The 'breakfast' was oj from concentrate, coffee, those little powdered sugar doughnuts and bread. That's it!!!! I wouldn't set foot in this place again!

When we arrived in our room, I first noticed that there was no place to set our bag for unpacking. I ended up putting it on top of the dresser next to the 19in TV (Cable worked well with about 20 chanels) Our first night we were poked with feather pillow corners that felt as if they had lead shot in each corner - very uncomfortable. We noticed the sheets had holes in them . The bed was OK, but glad to be back in my own bed again. The AC unit worked well but was somewhat loud throughout the night when it would cycle on. I expected as much from a wall unit. The next day after seeing the sights in KY, we found that the room had not been cleaned or made up. I asked for more towels, which the desk clerk provided me. The towels were like sandpaper, very stiff and relatively small. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so the mirror clouded quickly. The shower worked well, all the hot water we needed. The counter space was very sparse - barely enough for my wife and I to set our tooth brushes on. I kept my shaving kit over the clothes rack (no closet) because it didn't fit on the limited bathroom counter. The complementary breakfast met what I would consider the minimum criteria - 2 types of cereal, toast, muffins, sweet rolls and fruit (green bananas). One morning there was a family waiting for milk for their cereal for the 20 minutes we took to have our breakfast. That was the day they ran out of coffee too. The dining tables were not regularly cleaned. There was lots of parking. Elevator was hot, slow and smelled of smoke. The End

We used to stay at this property when it was a Fairfield Inn, so we thought it couldn't be that bad since it changed hands. Boy were we wrong! The shower was so gross. Moldy shower curtin, and duct tape holding something in the tub together. the sheets and towels had stains on them. I wish we knew this when we checked in, but we just dropprd our stuff off, then headed to a game.
