I was about to step into the shower when the light in the bathroom went out. I was told that there would be no one to fix the problem until the morning. There are signs everwhere that say if you are not satisfied your stay is free (or something like that). I was told around 2 or 3 in the morning (when this happened) that if I stay-I pay! No one to help us move our stuff and in all 3 of the rooms we ""visited"" there were lights not working. In the letter they finally sent in response to my complaint they implied that they did not charge me for 2 rooms-the one with the pitch black bathroom or one I moved our stuff into. How nice of them! In my opinion it was also pretty dirty. We moved to a nicer hotel the next morning.

I was about to step into the shower when the light in the bathroom went out. I was told that there would be no one to fix the problem until the morning. The room was very small for the two beds that were in there. They did have a travel crib to use, which was very nice. There was a foul smell coming from the drain next to the pool, we weren't sure what it was exactly. The bed was very uncomfortable. For the price, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.
