I stayed in this hotel for two nught. Parents weekend at Bradley. I like the location easy acces to shoping, minutes away from the university. The staff was very helpful and frendly. Just remember you will have to go outside to get to the lobby and for brakfast.

Not a very well maintained hotel. The door would not close without using the room key. There had been a roof leak and the wallpaper was rippled and the area above the door had mold. We were located on the 2nd floor and the people above us were up until 4:00 a.m. making all kinds of noise. It sounded like they were jumping off of the bed and running around the room. We couldn't sleep at all and my husband went to the office 3 times. The office called the noisy room and said to keep it down. That was all the help we received. The pool closed at 10:00 pm and there were 30 people in the pool at 11:00 pm. We will NEVER stay there again!!

When we walked into the lobby things didn't look too bad but that is where it ended. The rooms were never swept or cleaned. The filth that was on the floor when we arrived was still there when we left. The sheets are placed directly on the mattress, no pad, WOW! The blankets and bedspreads have never been washed and are disgusting. We hated to even touch them to turn the bed down. Mold was growing around the water line in the toilet making us wonder if the bathroom is ever sanitized and cleaned properly. They only seem to put clean towels in the bathroom and clean sheets on the beds. They seldom left wash clothes. The keys rarely worked. We had to go to the desk continually to have the keys reprogramed. The TV needed work. This place is disgusting.

The staff at the Baymont Inn was wonderful. After a long road trip to Peoria, it was nice to be welcomed as if I were home. Greeted by smiling faces, I was promptly checked into my room, which was very clean. I always check for that first thing. Front Desk Agent J, was very courteous with driving directions or anything else I needed during my stay. He really deserves a RAISE! The continental breakfast in the morning was wonderful too. Overall you cant beat the Baymont Inn. Affordable rooms, great staff and clean! I will stay there from now on while in Peoria

I stay here every month while in Peoria on business. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. The beds are comfy, too! The fitness room is a decent size (ie: it's not a closet!) and houses 2 treadmills, a bike, some handweights, and a universal gym. It's very safe in that you have to use your room key to operate the elevator. The only downside is that you have to leave the hotel if you want to eat. You can go to the casino to the steakhouse (no room service but rumored to change this year!) or there are some great restaurants nearby like Johah's Seafooid (about $30/person) or Basta (decent and cheap Italian). The staff has always been very nice and cordial upon each of my stays. I highly recommend this hotel!!
