This is the 3rd time I have chose to stay at La Quinta in the past 3 years. My intent is always to have a clean hotel that will allow me to rest as I continue with my business and personal pleasures in Florida. I like the fact that they have continental breakfast, close proximics to the beach, shopping, bus route, etc. If you're looking for a fancy, dancy high rise with awesome ocean views and top-notch service, then you'll want to pass this hotel up. But, if you're looking for a place where you can rest you hear, that's reasonable with pricing, centrally located, and friendly staff...then La Quinta is your place.

Went up for just a short weekend. The rooms were clean and didn't smell funny, was spacious, the AC worked and wasn't loud. Good parking facilities. Price was good. I'd stay again.

The hotel is not far from the beach, 20 min's from airport. Plenty of places to eat & very close to the highway. The only bad thing I can say is that within a 4 night stay, my room was cleaned only once. I had to ask for towels but the front desk person who was super friendly & courteous brought them over to my room, The continental breakfast was yummy, the pool was nice. The bed was comfortable, ac was not working so well but the room was cool. I would definitely stay here again.

The ac in this hotel does not work. The fans in the ac do not work either. We were also surprised to find a courtyard full of people drinking liquor. While the hotel has recently been redone and the sleeping areas and floors throughout have been updated, the toilots and bathtubs have been left behind and are rusty and discolored. We thought we were getting a good deal by staying here, but next time I would stay elseware.

When I first arrived, there was major chaos at the desk, our room didn't have any towles, housekeeping was gone for the day (we arrived at 3:00 in afternoon), toilet in room kept running, request for refrigerator in room was not available. Later on that day I did speak with the manager and all things were corrected and room was changed. So, although we didn't get a chance to check in with that feeling of relief that it was going to be a great vacation, it ended up okay. Contintental breakfast was filling with waffles, bagles, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, juice or grits.
