  The bed was not made and had to walk to office to get sheets! had to make my own bed. the coach folded out into bed but did not fit ...

  The bed was not made and had to walk to office to get sheets! Had to make my own bed. The coach folded out into bed but did not fit in room. The end of the pull out had to rest on the kitchen counter. The night was spent listening to clicking sounds in an uncomfortable bed thinking about the disgusting pillow thrown in the corner. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This was disappointing because ESA's are usually great.

  This hotel was not as bad as other reviews indicated. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms are a little old, and could use some updating. Breakfast was very good, roomservice was fast and reasonable. Overall a good place to stay, although the surrounding area was a little rough.

  One of my worst hotel experiences. Dated hotel which is more like a motel. Bathroom location in bedroom not private for families. Pool garden area not enclosed making it hot and humid. Room smelled. Alarm clock didn't work. Low sense of security. Location is far from airport. Type of clientel staying here resulted in fights and fire alarms during our stay. Does have wireless internet and spacious bedroom.
