Upon arriving to the hotel and checking in we went to the room. It was so small, with my husband and two almost grown children. I had requested a fold away bed for my son because he didn;t want to share a bed with his sister. Once it arrived we realized that there wasn't anywhere to unfold it. The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest and the breakfast at the Mexican retaurant was a joke. We stood in line for 10 minutes before we gave up and went and paid for breakfast. We weren't going to wait over 30 minutes for a waffle and bowl of cereal. The wireless internet didn't work and on our third day the maid failed to leave us any towels. I called the front desk to have them bring us some and they never came. The next morning we were trying to get ready to leave but still didn't have any towels. I called the front desk once again and was told that some would be sent right up. Over an hour later I heard the maid outside and asked her for some towels. Then thirty minutes later the same maid knocked on the door and gave the towels I requested earlier. When we checked out I told them I wasn't paying for the roll away bed since there wasn't anywhere to put it and they took it off my bill. Other than being in a good location right off the strip, which is the only good thing about it, I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was switched at the last minute because their other hotel was 'closed for the winter' (still appeared for booking). Said it was just off the main strip ....it was over a mile away. No breakfast facilities, no newspapers and a not-so-friendly desk person.

This hotel had a good location, off the busy hwy! The first room we were given smelled really bad. We were easily given another room which was fine, except for the shower. There was soap left on both sides of the shower stall from previous guests. The first night, we used the coffee, tea and cups, they were not replaced during our three day stay! The maid only cleaned one thing at a time! If we got the trash emptied the floors weren't cleaned and reverse!. The shower was never cleaned and the second day all the towels were left on the bed. Also on the second day, we were left a hand written note saying have a nice day, from our maid. We wish she would have spent more time on the room instead of writing us a note. The pool area was nice but the pool was very cloudy and needed skimmed badly! The kiddie pool was better. The first hot tub was cold and the second was warm. Towels are NOT provided even tho they have an area for it! The cont. breakfast was served in the Mexican restaurant on site. The air conditioning was not on and it was HOT! There was only one older lady trying to keep up with food spread all over the room. So something was always out!!! The waffle machines kept tripping the plugs, not real safe! And only skim milk was provided! We did have a great dinner there one night for some place quick before our show! I am sure we will go back to Branson because there are things we have not seen. But we won't stay here again!!

Watch out for this one. I think we lucked out with a room that had beds that were just uncomfortable. This is a huge complex and they have reserved the Mexican Resturant next door for the continental breakfast. There were so many people (400 rooms+) that it took 45 minutes to get a waffel and coffee for breakfast waiting in line and then there were no empty tables. The check in and check out area and staff were nice. The room was below average for a Days Inn.
