  Upon arriving at the hotel we waited for over 15 minutes in the lobby while ringing the bell and placing phone calls to the hotel. Finally after calling Travel online and having them contact the only hotel the employee present (who was clearly asleep in the back room) we were checked in. On another note, the employee then lied to the travel online staff member, stating that he was outside taking care of something for a minute when we tried to check in. We were disgusted by the state of the room when we walked in the door. There was a noticeable smell as well as several stains on the carpet. There was dust and dirt on the walls and only 2 small towels and one washcloth in the bathroom. The state of the hotel lobby was just as disgusting. The "continental breakfast" area was dirty and the food looked questionable at best. Frankly, we hadn't expected much from this hotel, just a clean room to sleep in before we fly out of San Jose. This hotel experience couldn't even come close to meeting those modest expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. After this experience I will never make reservations with a Days Inn again.

  The hotel was clean but not at all rennovated. it was dark and seedy. i requested a 6 am wake up call and never got it. i also set the ...

  The hotel was clean but not at all rennovated. It was dark and seedy. I requested a 6 am wake up call and never got it. I also set the alarm clock in the room as a back up and it never went off so needless to say I was very late. I tried to explain this upon check out and was not succesful at communicating with the person at the front desk.

  Hotel room accomodation was not bad for the money, but due to the proximity to a highway, there was considerable noise through out whole day. Had hard time sleeping in the nights.
