  To start off, this hotel isn't meant to be your 5 star all inclusive get-away resort like the other review states. This hotel, like many others, are meant to accommodate for your housing needs while you're away from home. And this hotel does that just fine! The room I stayed in was a non-smoking queen on the second floor. Size was good, and the bed was comfy, but I did have a few minor complaints about the room. The ac/heater had a lot of different programmable setting, but really only had 3: hot, cold, and off. The second complaint was that the walls were more thin than normal, and considering I was by the stairs, heard doors shutting and people getting soda's from the soda machine all night. Granted this won't be true for everyone, but to be honest, it was bearable. The hotel has a small, but sufficient complimentary breakfast. Considering I was in Springfield testing for police departments, I didn't eat a lot before the tests, and the size was really of no concern for me. The food tasted fine, and gave me energy enough to preform the rigorous physical tests! The pool is a small pool, fitting around 10 adults. It's also the first thing you'll see when you walk in because it's about 5 feet away from the check in desk. Staff is friendly and professional. Location was PERFECT!!! And security was up to par! Overall, if you need a good place to stay for a cheap price, don't count this hotel out! I know I will stay here again next time I'm in Springfield!!!

  Had booked for 1 adult with 5 kids with intentions of swimming only to find out they did not allow "pool parties". the kids could swim for "maybe an hour". ...

  Had booked for 1 adult with 5 kids with intentions of swimming only to find out they did not allow "pool parties". The kids could swim for "maybe an hour". No one else in pool at the time (middle of the day). Was treated very rudely and would definitely not book again!
