This is the worst hotel experience of my life. At the time i made my reservation it said ""pet friendly"" on multiple sites and I confirmed this with a booking agent. So, I brought my pets. After driving away the next morning the managed called me very upset that i violated their supposed ""no pets"" policy. She tried to get me to pay $50 extra. I refused saying that it was most certainly not my fault that they had false information on the internet. She then claimed that she had photographic evidence that I smoked and left cigarette butts in the non-smoking room, WHICH I DID NOT! Either she planted the butts or they were there before I arrived. The room was yucky, but the worst part is that the staff is basically harassing me. They are ""going into litigation"" over this. How crazy?!?!?! Also, there was mold in the shower, the drain did not work, and the shower went cold after about five minutes. Worst. ever. I am very angry about this and I don't get angry easily.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a motel the room next door was so noisey and there was no one at the front desk we called the number and no answer. There was a big party in the room next door had to be over ten people in that room. So we left and went across the highway and got a room at thre Residence Inn which was very nice. Went back next day and talked to the manager i guess and no refund or anything was offered I will never stay there again. And we go to Springfield alot to the Hospital right accross the street. I would rather have the inconvienence of driving farther the being in a un safe place like this one..............

I travel for a living and I seem to stay in Springfield at least twice a month. I have been staying at hotels on the north side of town because they are close to the interstate. And I have to say I have not been able to find a good clean hotel always leave very disapointed. The rooms were small and dirty. Well this time I was coming up from Branson and I found the Crystal Suites by accident right off of us 60. So I thought I would try this one. Much to my surprise the room was very big and clean. The breakfast in the lobby was great. The staff were very helpful. I will say the computer in the lobby should be upgraded. But they did have wireless internet too which worked out just fine for me. I would recomend this hotel to anyone, it is worth the extra little time it would take from the interstate. This is where I will be staying everytime I go through Springfield....

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this visit we found that the hotel was in despreate need of cleaning and repair. We reserved two rooms and both rooms needed attention. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling off the walls, tissue paper holders were loose in their wall location, ice buckets needed to be washed and cleaned. Just clean it up and it will be fine again. The contenental breakfast was a flop. The area was not attended to by the staff. If the food ran out we had to go and tell the staff so they could get more and the area was never cleaned when we were there. This hotel has an excellent location to hospitals and other areas of interest and would be a location to work from and easy to get to.
