This is a very acceptable, no-frillls place to spend the night. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The furniture in our room was showing its age-- e.g. the upholstery on the arm chair and ottoman was tattered--but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the do-it-yourself waffle maker in the breakfast room, but the buffet was quite meager compared to others we've had in comparable motels. Since the hotel is located on a frontage road, there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance. Downtown Colorado Springs is 10-15 minutes away via the interstate.

I had hoped this hotel would be comfortable, clean, and adequete lodging for a 3 night stay. When I got to my room, I found the toilet seat was dirty. Then I heard a dripping sound, and found that the sink drain was leaking. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were hard and flat; My room was facing the highway, and I could hear traffic all night. The continental breakfast was one of the poorest I have seen. I checked out after my first night and finished my stay elsewhere.

I had hoped this hotel would be comfortable, clean, and adequete lodging for a 3 night stay. When I got to my room, I found the toilet seat was dirty. The pool is very small, about 11 x 12. The room cleanliness was fair, some mold on shower curtain and carpet needed cleaning. We were glad we arrived late at night and left very early in am.
