  This hotel is mediocre at best... looks like Best Western bought this old hotel and tried to re-vamp it, but just didn't put enough money into the remodel job. Beds mattresses are saggy, the linens are old and worn, carpets are old and dirty, and the hallways smell like smoke. The "complimentary internet" rarely worked, or was so slow that it was unusable. Some of the furniture was in dis-repair. The "complimentary breakfast" was minimal, compared to some other Best Western's that I've stayed in. Few people stay there, so you get a kind of creepy feeling being there, and wonder if you made the right choice ??? However, the lodging price for the area is cheaper than most, which is reflective of the above description. But sorry, I just don't like to stay in a place with saggy beds and worn linens... a "flop-house" ??? I would not stay there again... You can probably find a better place to stay.

• disappointing for a Best Western

  We had to fix the bathtub drain, for some reason it was taken apart. the toilet paper holder fell apart as soon as i touched it. it wasnt filthy but ...

  We had to fix the bathtub drain, for some reason it was taken apart. The toilet paper holder fell apart as soon as I touched it. it wasnt filthy but wasnt the cleanest either....hair on bathroom wall, etc. Bed wasnt too bad and the location of the hotel is great if you like shopping. I was just very disappointed for it being a Best Western in which we have usually been satisfied.

  The air did not cool the room, the room was too small, no breakfast, they were going to put us on the third floor, smoking because we had our dog ...

  THE AIR DID NOT COOL THE ROOM, THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL, NO BREAKFAST, THEY WERE GOING TO PUT US ON THE THIRD FLOOR, SMOKING BECAUSE WE HAD OUR DOG WITH US, INSTEAD THEY CHARGED US $25.00 AND STUCK US IN A VERY SMALL ROOM
