Don't know where to start !!! Outside of the hotel was really dirty ,when we came to the hotel room ,shits were not clean ,matress was really dirty ,crpet was ript, lamp shades were really dirty .chares had some food stains ,windows were really dirty ,. In morning we came down to eat and there was no coffee,tables were dirty noone around to help us . I will never come to this hotel AGAIN ,,,, IT WAS REALLY BAD

My wife and I decided to go to Kansas City for the Garth Brooks Concert and stayed at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful, knew the area. Our room was great for the price, we had a room with one bed and it was very comfortable. The only thing is the room could use a bit of an update. The lobby is nice, comfy and cozy. We liked that the hotel was exterior because we could park next to our room. Breakfast was great and the dining area was clean. The staff told us they were going to think about including waffles for breakfast. We plan on going back when the amusment park opens.

07/29/2007Check in time is 3:00. we got there at 4:00 and the rooms were still not made up. at least it only took the housekeeping staff about 5 ...
Check in time is 3:00. We got there at 4:00 and the rooms were still not made up. At least it only took the housekeeping staff about 5 minutes to completely clean each room. My 8 year old daughter was swimming in the pool and told me "There's a bunck of hair and gooey stuff in the bottom of the pool."
We left the next morning and paid extra at a different hotel just so we could get out of there.
The free breakfast was a muffin and juice.
