I was disappointed in this Ramada, I've stayed in another one before that was very nice, but this one was a bit run down. The beds were uncomfortable, our toilet leaked, there was evidence of moisture damage on the bathroom wall and ceiling as well. The granite counter top sink had a mismatched/crooked table leg holding it up too. They don't serve continental breakfast, wich was also disappointing.

When booked, hotel had 3 stars which I thought would be okay. Hotel is dingy. Lobby is not connected to all rooms & having to walk outside in cold, rainy weather is a nighmare. Hotel claims to have room service - it does not. Their room service is a local pizza delivery to lobby. Restaurant & gift shop are closed more than open. Tried restaurant for breakfast, food was not so good & coffee was luke warm. Had to drive to eat somewhere for all meals. No bottled water in vending machines near room. Safe was broken in one room, iron was broken in other room. Cleaning of rooms is minimal. No liners in any trash cans. Only styrofoam cups in rooms, no plastic glasses. One of worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

The room itself was fine, the people were nice, but there were NO marked fire exits! I don't know how they get past the Fire Marshall inspection, by the state! My friend and I had to search for exits, in case of fire, as a protection for ourselves. When we asked about fire exits at the desk, the clerk was unable to find them on the map provided. The reason she could not find them? There weren't any!!!

We stayed there 9=7 to 9-10 and enjoyed the hotel. staff ,and the pools more than i could have asked for . Rooms are clean, and well kept up. I loved the pools because they were clean,clear and at a water temp mode for swimming (other hotels pool are cold, could use a good cleaning)The outdoor pool was warm,clear, ready. same with the indoor pool.The front desk is the best I have seen. And to get to mall of america (M.O.A.) tranportatan was fast safe, you come in the north side. Tip; if you get lost go to the inside and look for the big wheel. the north exit is under the wheel.

a person could not go worng staying at this hotel I was here on business. staf is the BEST that you could ask for. the swimming pools are clear, clean, and water temp is right on the money , there is a outdoor pool that is the nices called the back yard. The room we had was clean, and in good repair this staft, is the best. I will stay there the next time we come to town!!!!!!!! The service to moa or the airports is fast, with some of the nices drivers I have seen. Thanks too all employees for a great time..And the little helper in the gift shop was soo cult!!!!!!!!!!
