Desk staff helpful and efficient. Rooms clean, well lit and comfortable. Breakfast adequate (better than just rolls/coffee). Swimming pool clean,adequate size, acceptable temperature for adults, and nice hot tub. Hotel grounds well lit, clean and safe feeling. Pets accomodated, has nearby grassy area for walking. Near big box stores and many fast food restaurants. Easy access on/off highway. Used ad in AAA book for $59 rate, has $10 pet charge. Also had small fitness room by pool.

We stayed at this Best Western on our way back from Florida because it had an indoor pool. We were pleasantly surprised as htis was almost a new facility and everything was immaculate. The pool area is in a seperate building but very clean and well-maintained. The best part about the hotel was the lady behind the desk. There was a mixup in our two rooms as we had requested a King bed and another room with two queens online but had two with queen beds reserved. They didn't have rooms like we needed right next door but accomodated us and upgraded our King room to a King Suite. She also chased us down with towels for the pool and gave recommendations on where to eat in the area. We stayed at another Best Western in Ashburn going down and it was fine also but had an outdoor pool. We'll stay at the one in Macon next time even though it means our trip going down is a little longer on the second day. If the lady is working, you'll be taken care of. My daughter in law was enamored with the mattress quality after seven days in a condo room she could tell a big difference. Also convenient to food in the area.

SUPER customer service from every single staff member! We were so pleased we went to the Best Western site to let them know how wonderful their folks were. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The indoor pool was just what we were looking for. The equipment in the fitness center needs a little maintenance. We plan to stay again and would recommend this motel highly.

Stayed one night. The price was right, it is convenient to food, gas and yes, even a Super Wal-Mart (two blocks behind the hotel). The rooms were clean which included a microwave, refrigerator that workedl and two comfortable Queen size beds. They take pets which worked out great for me because of my two Yorkies. It is very quiet and the pool area appeared to be clean and free of clutter which included the jacuzzi. Very happy with my stay. :0)

We called ahead & found there were only smoking rooms available-thought we'd take our chances and just walk-in to see how smokey it was. Upon our arrival the clerk recognized my voice, said she'd received a cancellation in non-smoking & was holding it in case we came by...you don't ever get that kind of service anymore. The room & pool were clean & comfortable and the location was very convenient for a one night stay. I do wish the breakfast had more to offer, most continental offerings these days are ""deluxe"".
