  Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food. We had a view of the river with the trees budding, it was great. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. With the restaurant right there we didn't have to go out to find something. The exercise room was small but had newer equipment.

• Nice river-view hotel down town

  This hotel was located within walking distaince of the convention center were our event was being held. There is a nice riverwalk across the street that we enjoyed jogging on in the mornings. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. The free continental breakfast was served sit-down style in the restaurant which had neat historial pictures of downtown Cedar Rapids on the walls. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Make sure you ask for rooms facing the river for the great view!
