  The front desk was very busy and was changed everyday,and some were not friendly and helpful at all. since there was a kitchen, we could cook a light meal. ...

  We really like Candlewood Suites. This was our first experience although other family members had stayed there and highly recommended it. We like the kindness of the staff and the accommodations very much. We will certainly seek out your hotel in the future when we are travelling.

  Upon returning to my room the first night i discovered that my bed wasn't made, nor the kitchen cleaned up. it was a total surprise to learn that ""cleaning"" ...

  Upon returning to my room the first night I discovered that my bed wasn't made, nor the kitchen cleaned up. It was a total surprise to learn that ""cleaning"" is only done once a week!! The clerk was smug when he pointed out the tiny sign explaining their ""program"".
