I usually stay in a Suites hotel when traveling, so I have certain expectations. While the staff at this facility were very nice and accommodating, I was disappointed there was no breakfast, as I get in other places. And, I had to take my own computer down to the Business Center and load a printer program on it to print off my boarding documents. I also didn't particularly care for the bathroom amenities (soap and shampoo), but that isn't that big of a deal, as I carry my own. On the plus side, they have a nice ""Cupboard"" to purchase food/drink and necessary items on an honorary basis and free laundry facilities. The room was very nice and warm,, the bed was very comfortable, and they provided a roll-away bed (at a cost) for a friend who stayed with me for a couple of nights. A simple workout room, but no hot tub. I will not stay again.

I recently stayed 3 nights and was supprised to find out that I needed to stay a week before I would ge3t maid suervice. I did not see that informaiton anywhere on their website and I had looked at everythihg first. They told me that all ""extended stay"" places do not offer maid service unless you are there a week. I will stay at Homewood Suites next time as they do offer maid service no matter how long you stay. I don't go on vacation to clean!! Other than that the staff was nice and helpful finding restaurants etc.
