  My husband, son and I stayed here for about 5 days and everything was fine about the room -spacious, clean, new, etc. Albuquerque in general is pretty crime-ridden and when we went out to our car one morning, there were piles of broken glass next to two different parking spaces. Apparently during the night some car windows were bashed in and visible items stolen. Don't leave anything in your car - in Albuquerque, if it's not chained down, it WILL be stolen. This property could use an outdoor 24-hr security guard. The building itself has card-only access, so it's pretty safe. All-in-all, it was a good place to stay, handy location and reasonably priced. We really liked the kitchen, equipped with dishes and even a bag of popcorn ready to pop in the microwave. You could actually live there - they even have a video library where you can borrow movies.

• Worst Candlewood I've been too

  I would not stay at this place again. room wasn't bad but bed was so soft it gave me a backache. front desk does not open until 7:00 ...

  I would not stay at this place again. Room wasn't bad but bed was so soft it gave me a backache. Front desk does not open until 7:00 AM I left early on check out day. Couldn't check-out. Ended up getting into a stupid argument with the girl at the front desk because she wouldn't tell me what incidentals are. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
