Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable than sleeping on a bed in this place. Also, they say the bed is queen size when at best it is a double. Hallways are dirty. There is no pool, no breakfast and no real lobby area. The TV has a 19; screen. Most of the guests seem to be electrical or plumbing contractors who are glad to have a room with a fully equipped kitchen. If you want a clean motel staffed by friendly employees, then avoid this place like the plague!

Bed was uncomfortable, and mattress was so light if you leaned on the edge, it slid to way over. Needed a first-aid kit, was told that they had a "regular" one which only had band-aids. Every night when there was anything that required assistance -- and that happened three of four nights -- whoever was on the desk apologized that they could do nothing, because they were the only one on duty. There was a dip in the ground near the sidewalk in the back -- I stepped in it and twisted my ankle, tearing several ligaments -- when I reported that, no one reported back that anything had been done to fix it, and no one followed up to ask how I was (my ankle tripled in size due to swelling, and I had excruciating pain). The person on duty the night I fell misinformed me about the distance to the nearest drugstore where I might get some anti-inflammatory medication and an Ace bandage. There was a giant bug in the bathroom. Be aware that they do not clean the rooms or make the beds or bring towels or toilet paper during your stay unless you pay extra. You are allowed to go get your own supplies from the housekeeper or the person on the desk for free. There are no hairdryers in the room, though you can borrow one from the front desk. When I asked for the name and phone number of the owner, the manager refused to give it to me. A reported phone problem was never fixed. Same with terrible reception of one of the local, major TV channels.

This facility offers very little service. If you need a kitchen it's inexpensive. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I went out and purchased a foam pad for the bed after the first night. The halls were dirty and there was trash in the stairwells.
