The staff on two different days and through various shifts were very accommodating and helpful to me and my family. Though a handicapped room wasn't available they did make ever effort to try and help with my mother's special needs. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only complain I have was that the beds were extremely hard, even for commercial grade. I will stay again if given the opportunity. The hotel is a little out of the way, but was with in a very short distance of a mall, bookstore, and several eating facilities. The value was definitely worth the stay.

08/15/2006Two tiny hard pillows not okay. nice to have utensils in the kitchen, but they were not clean and nothing there to clean them with.

Never Again will I stay at this hotel. Loud music comes from the parking lot till late, Broken down cars litter the lot, all rooms are outside entrances and there are many people hanging out in the parking lot and walk ways on any given evening,,,, when I had a problem with the internet, I was told the wait was too long for the desk person to stay on the line, but I could call myself .
