  Stayed for a trade show in Fayetteville. Room was clean and smoke free. Shared room - two doubles - a little cramped with the nice kitchen area. It's about the size of a regular room and add the kitchen. Nice full-sized fridge and two burner stove. Refresh service of new towels & toiletries is $5. If you want a full service including new bed sheets - that's $10. Still a good value. The only trouble is the location. This hotel is at a traffic light of a main thoroughfare, and one block away is the regional medical center. The rooms toward the main road (which we had) are very noisy. Lots of traffic noise and the constant ambulance traffic was quite disturbing. The air conditioning fan is rather soft and was not enough noise to drown out the traffic, let alone the sirens. For some reason the ambulances will run their sirens all night long through the intersection by the hotel. I did not ask to change rooms, so I do not know what that outcome would hae been. I did try to have a PDF file printed at the office and they have NO facilities to do that. They have a fax machine/copier and that's it. Given a choice you should stay at the other Extended Stay America hotel in Fayettville which is about three or four miles away. I would consider staying here again - but only in one of the rooms in the rear of the building.
