Pros: Very organized, helpful, friendly evening shift desk representative! she had all our check in paperwork printed and organized awaiting our signatures. At the time I checked in, there were 3 other check ins, 2 customers wishing to extend their stay, and about 4 calls holding! She never lost her composure or smile! Kudos! The proximity to the interstate and Cumberland Mall! The size of the room was awsome! Very big bed, nice clean kitchette - Great! Cons: The hallways smelled like passing roadkill on the interstate! They really need new carpeting throughout the hotel, stained and smelly! The elevator was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! By the time you hit the 2nd floor it would shake violently like an earthquake, you'd think you were going to die!!! I am serious!!! It smelled bad too! I had half a roll of toilet paper and my iron did not work. I could see on the toilet seat were housekeeping used a sloppy wet rag to wipe the seat and the tub needed cleaning. Front desk closes from 11pm to 7am, which sucks!!!!

I really have to be honest and what I am sharing with you is no secret to the hotel. I was not pleased with Extended Stay Deluxe. It was nothing deluxe about it. We had to swith rooms in the middle of the night due to a toliet which leaked. There were no perks, no tolietries, if you wanted clean towels and washclothes you had to bring your garments exchange for new towels and cloths. There was no housekeeping only if you are ther after the seveth day due you get fresh sheets and linen and trash emptied. The t.v only went up so far therefore you have to strain your ears to hear.The fitness room was a little bigger than a hall closet with three machines and the pool was so misleading from the picture displayed on the web page. I just wanted to say the staff did try accomdate but they were limited in what they could do. Overall I will not say at this hotel and pay again. Free maybe- seriously putting all jokes aside it was not would I expected.

Overall, the hotel was nice, in a good location, the rooms are nice. I only had one problem and it really wasn't a big problem. I did have room service while I was there and did not find that out until I went to check in, but I had a great time!!! I will stay there again in the near future.
